Patient & Public Involvement

Oakhaven Hospice Trust is committed to patient and public involvement (PPI) and wants to ensure it will be imbedded into core business at all levels.  Our strategy will be monitored through Oakhaven Hospice Trust's Clinical Governance Group and annual reports of progress will be made to the Trustees.  Most importantly this strategy is about service improvement through actively using the patient experience to change and improve services.

Our aim will now be for patient involvement to be embedded at every level in the trust, embraced by every member of staff and contribute to the development of high quality, safe, effective individualised care in which patients are equal partners in their care so that Oakhaven Hospice Trust maintains and builds on its existing reputation for excellence.
