Qualification & Credit Framework (QCF)
We are delighted to offer the QCF Level 2 Award in conjunction with Bournemouth & Poole College which is an accredited City & Guilds course for qualifications in End of Life Care.
This one day course is suitable for anyone working in care homes, care agencies and health and social care assistant roles who wish to undertake vocational training in this field.
(Once you have completed the Level 2 study day, you will be eligible to enrol on to the Level 3 - which is a 3-day course. See details below)

We are working in conjunction with the Bournemouth & Poole College and to provide this accredited City & Guilds qualification in End of Life Care. This is suitable for anyone wanting to undertake vocational training in End of Life Care and most suitable for staff working in Care Homes, Domiciliary Care Agencies and Health and Social Care Assistant roles or any trained nursing staff.
Before applying for this course you must either have completed the QCF Level 2 Award course or be a fully registered nurse.

An evidence-based course, nationally accredited and with expert trainers.
Oakhaven Hospice are delighted to announce that they are now managing this training across the South Coast Central area of Hampshire, working as part of the Hampshire Hospices Education Consortium.
This 2-day Connected course, which is part of the National Communication Skills Training programme is facilitated by nationally accredited trainers and includes discussion of the research evidence surrounding communication in health care, with interactive exercises and role-play in small groups with actors.
Participants will practice skills and receive positive and constructive feedback in a safe and supportive environment.
Participants are expected to take part in all aspects of the course and must attend both days.
SUITABLE for experienced health care professionals wishing to build on their existing communication skills.
Courses will be held at The Holiday Inn, Winchester.
