Donations

It costs circa £2.5M to run Oakhaven's extensive services and just 18% of our total running costs are met by the NHS, with donated income, our own fundraising initiatives and volunteer activity meeting all other overheads. As a result, we are very heavily reliant on the goodwill of the community to continue to provide our unique care that is so highly valued in the local community.

Thank you for choosing to support Oakhaven. All donations are very gratefully received and invested wisely to maintain, improve and extend our excellent standards of patient care both in the hospice and out in the community.

You can donate in several ways:

Donate Online
You can donate online via PayPal (see this page) or you can also donate to Oakhaven on-line at www.justgiving.com and chose Oakhaven Hospice when prompted to select your charity.

A One-Off Donation
Our Fundraising Office and Shops can accept donations in person by cash or by cheque and postal order made payable to 'Oakhaven Hospice Trust'. Alternatively you can post your donation to the Fundraising Team at Oakhaven Hospice, Lower Pennington Lane, Lymington, Hampshire SO41 8ZZ.

Regular Giving
Just a small, regular donation to Oakhaven can make a big difference to our ability to plan for and support the long-term development of our vital hospice services. You can download a Regular Giving Form here and set up a standing order from your bank account.

Payroll Giving

Make your donation go even further with Gift Aid
Gift Aid is a way to give money tax free to charity. If you pay income tax, Oakhaven can claim back a further 28p for every £1 you donate from HMRC on any amount that you choose to give and it costs you nothing! Simply sign a Gift Aid Declaration and we will collect the income tax you have paid on your donation to invest further in our community services.
