COLTEN CARE HELPS OAKHAVEN
A donation of £5,000 has been made to Oakhaven Hospice Trust by Colten Care, which provides quality care services across 14 nursing and residential homes in Dorset and Hampshire.
Presenting the cheque, Ian Hudson, Managing Director of Colten Care said: 'The hospice offers an amazing service to families who are in desperate need of support. We are overjoyed to be able to make this donation to an extremely worthwhile organisation, and support them in continuing the invaluable work they do'.
On behalf of the Oakhaven Hospice, Fundraising Director, Mike Denny, thanked Colten Care commenting: 'We rely on the generosity of others to help run our free service, and this fantastic donation will go a long way to easing the burden for both patients and their families dealing with life-limiting illnesses'.
Colten Care has become one of the most respected providers of quality care for the elderly in the South of England. The company operates 14 care homes across Dorset and Hampshire offering 693 places with a complement of 850 staff. Quality is a fundamental requirement of the service provided and applies equally to care, hotel services, accommodation and leisure activities.
