Resting up after walking from home to Calshot Lighthouse and back ( 11.33 miles in 3.25hrs). Forgot about the effect of walking 4 miles on shingle. Not a 'feet' to repeat!

Mike's Plea
Sue died peacefully surrounded by the love and care provided by the wonderful Oakhaven Hospice. The same love and care that our daughter Lucy received 12 years ago when leaving us at the age of 19. These 72 year-old legs are walking almost 30 miles in a day in the hope that you will support the work of Oakhaven by giving generously in memory of Sue
