Learning Outcomes: By the end of this Learning Session, delegates will be enabled to:
- Discuss symptom management at End of Life
- Reflect on the importance of monitoring and reviewing End of Life Care plans in partnership with others
- Identify professional roles and boundaries associated with individual holistic patient care.
