Oakhaven Hospice Corporate Team Building Days and Event Venue Hire
We know it’s important to have time as a team to build relationships and do some of that essential planning for your next exciting business stage.
At Oakhaven we have the perfect facilities to host your next team-building day, which includes a volunteering opportunity at the hospice. Alternatively, if you are just looking for the perfect venue to host a meeting or corporate event we have that covered too.
The best bit is that by using our facilities you can help us to continue to do the important work that we do to support those patients and families affected by a life-limiting diagnosis across the New Forest, Totton and Waterside areas.
Corporate Team Building Days
We have 3 packages available starting from just £30 per person, however, if you would like something more bespoke please speak to our Corporate Fundraising Manager. Holding a Corporate Team Building Day at Oakhaven Hospice could include:
- Welcome from Corporate Fundraising Manager
- Half day of volunteering at Oakhaven Hospice
- Half day use of boardroom facilities
- Unlimited refreshments (tea, coffee, water & biscuits)
- Lunch (quiches, sandwiches, wraps, crisps, cake and fruit)
- Team photo taken and shared on Oakhaven social media
- Free Wifi
- Free parking
- 5% Discount on your next Corporate Team Building Day

Corporate Event Venue Hire
Our facilities are also available for hire in the daytime and at evenings and weekends, making it the perfect location for a business meeting, drinks reception, product launch or networking event.
All room hire prices include tea, coffee, water and biscuits. Lunch can be included at an additional cost of £8 per person (quiches, sandwiches, wraps, crisps, cake and fruit).
All bookings are subject to availability and a preferred date cannot be guaranteed. A deposit will be required at the time of booking.
We also have evening reception packages available from £35 per person, including a welcome drinks reception with canapés.
