DESCRIPTION:Focus - Breathe - Frame. Mindful photography to help your wellb
 eing.\n\n\nAre you navigating a life-limiting illness\, caring for someone
  or living with a loss or bereavement?\n\nOur series of mindful photograph
 y workshops will start on 2nd February\, and will run for 5 weeks\, from 1
 0am to 12.30pm\, meeting each week in the Coates Centre at Oakhaven.\n\nDi
 scover how photography can calm the mind\, spark creativity\, and support 
 your wellbeing. This workshop blends mindful practice with the Five Pillar
 s of Wellbeing\, to help you slow down and see the world differently.\n\n 
 	By connecting - build deeper relationships with people and place through 
 shared creative moments\n 	By being active - move\, explore\, and engage y
 our body whilst capturing meaningful images\n 	By taking notice - pause\, 
 observe\, and appreciate the small details that often go unseen in the mom
 ent\n 	By keeping learning - try new techniques\, experiment with perspect
 ive\, and grow your creative skills\n 	By giving - share your images to in
 spire\, uplift\, or bring joy to others\n\nJoin us to reconnect with yours
 elf\, your surroundings and your creativity - one mindful photo at a time.
 \n\nPlease note: this is not a technical photography workshop\, rather the
  device is an extension of your wellbeing resource.\n\nWhen done thoughtfu
 lly\, photography can be an effective way of improving mood and appreciati
