Quality of care

Nurse and In-Patient

We aim to provide the best quality care possible for all our patients whether that is in the hospice or your own home.  The standards of care we provide our closely monitored through our clinical governance reporting to the board of trustees.

We want to hear from you for any matter of your care good and bad.

You may wish to leave feedback either via a letter to The Registered Manager, Oakhaven Hospice, Lower Pennington Lane, Lymington SO41 8ZZ or by email.

Care Quality Commission Rating

Oakhaven is monitored by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).  The CQC monitors, inspects and regulates health and social care services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety. They will publish what they find, including performance ratings.
