Venue hire
Oakhaven offers an ideal venue for hosting meetings and events. Our comprehensive facilities can accommodate a diverse range of events, from small business meetings to large-scale workshops and drinks receptions, with a seating capacity of up to 100 guests. Our facilities are available for hire throughout the day, evenings, and weekends, subject to availability. All room hire prices include tea, coffee, water, and biscuits. Should you wish to bring your own refreshments, you are very welcome.
By choosing our facilities, you will contribute to our ongoing efforts to support patients and families affected by life-limiting diagnoses across our New Forest, Totton, and Waterside communities.
The Oakhaven marquee
For four weeks in June a ‘pop-up’ marquee in the garden of Oakhaven Hospice becomes a venue for a wealth of exciting and well-attended Oakhaven summer celebrations. Our marquee is available for you to hire to host your event for your clients, staff or stakeholders.
Hire of our marquee includes:
- Exclusive use of our marquee and its surrounding garden area for up to 100 guests
- Free parking; toilet facilities and wifi available
- We are happy for you to provide your catering and entertainment (subject to terms and conditions)
- Positive brand recognition, showcasing your business as philanthropic for choosing Oakhaven as your venue
- Fulfilling your corporate social responsibility. The funds we raise from hiring our venue will directly support the care we provide for local patients with a life-limiting condition and their families.
