You can tell your story to the independent non-profit service Care Opinion either through their website or using the Care Opinion form at the foot of this page.

Your story will be handled confidentially by Care Opinion. Your story may appear (without your name) on their website.  Care Opinion will then ask us to respond to the feedback you share, but without revealing your identity.

It’s simple to do and totally safe. You can be sure that your feedback will go to the team delivering your service.
