Oakhaven is committed to research and recognises the importance of research within palliative and end-of-life care. We look to support the work of researchers wherever possible and actively encourage you to contact us if you feel that the Hospice might be an appropriate contributor to a research project.

We are identified as a research active hospice by NIHR. We have worked with many research based organisations both national and regional. We have commissioned our own local research through Liverpool University exploring the future needs of palliative care within our catchment area.
