Get set for our popular 3km dash that 'officially launches' Christmas in Lymington!
Join us on Sunday 6th December for our annual 3km festive fun run around Lymington!
We look forward to welcoming you to our festive fun run in Lymington on Sunday 6th December 2026. The event will start and finish in the High Street outside John D Wood & Co Sales and Letting Agents, our event headline sponsor.
This is a festive fun run! Some people will be running fast, others will be jogging sedately, walking, strolling, skipping, hopping - or even scootering! Children in decorated buggies are welcome, as are mobility scooters. If you are bringing your dog feel free to dress them up – but short leads are a must.
The race starts at 11.30am, the briefing and warm-up begins at 11.15am.

Please note, a £3 per person late-entry supplement will apply to registrations made in person on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th December.
By registering for this event, you are confirming that you have read the terms and conditions. Your entry is non-refundable. If Oakhaven needs to cancel the event for any unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email.
Registration and Santa suit collection
You will be able to pick up your Santa Suit on Saturday 5th December or on Sunday 6th December in the morning. Please look out for updates on timings and locations which will be announced in due course.
Please note: We will endeavour to provide everyone with a Santa suit, however, these are not guaranteed and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis at collection.
Santa suit sizes:
- Adult – one size
- Child – 9-14
- Small Child – 5-8
If you prefer, wear your own Santa suit, reuse old Santa suits or dress as one of Santa’s Festive friends in any festive attire!
Your sponsorship is vital - help us pay for Christmas Day at Oakhaven!
Every penny you raise in sponsorship for your Santa Dash will help us to fund the cost of hospice care - at Oakhaven and in patients' homes throughout the New Forest, Totton and Waterside.
With only 14% of our costs funded by the NHS, every pound you raise in sponsorship will make a difference, enabling us to continue providing exceptional care, comfort and support to patients facing end of life and their loved ones, both within the Hospice itself and out in our New Forest, Totton and Waterside communities.
