Get set for our popular 3km dash that 'officially launches' Christmas in Lymington!

Join us on 7th December for our annual 3km festive fun run around Lymington!

We look forward to welcoming you to our festive fun run in Lymington on Sunday 7th December 2025. The event will start and finish in the High Street outside John D Wood & Co Sales and Letting Agents, our event headline sponsor.

This is a festive fun run! Some people will be running fast, others will be jogging sedately, walking, strolling, skipping, hopping - or even scootering! Children in decorated buggies are welcome, as are mobility scooters. If you are bringing your dog feel free to dress them up – but short leads are a must.

The race starts at 11.30am, the briefing and warm-up begins at 11.15am.

Online booking is now closed. You will be able to book and register at Lymington Community Centre on Saturday and Sunday. See times below.

Registration and Santa suit collection

You will be able to pick up your race number and Santa suit from Lymington Community Centre on:

Saturday 6^th December in the Phoenix Room from 10am – 2pm, or
Sunday 7^th December in the Gates Hall from 9am – 11am

Please note: We will endeavour to provide everyone with a Santa suit, however, these are not guaranteed and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis at collection.

Santa Suits sizes:

Adult – one size
Child – 9-14
Small Child – 5-8

You can of course wear your own Santa suit, reuse old Santa suits or dress as one of Santa’s Festive friends in any festive attire!

Your sponsorship is vital - even £25 per person will make a difference

Every penny you raise in sponsorship for your 'Dash' will help fund Oakhaven Hospice's running costs, which currently amount to more than £24,500 each day.

With only 11% of our costs funded by the NHS, every pound you raise in sponsorship will make a difference, enabling us to continue providing exceptional care, comfort and support to patients facing end of life and their loved ones, both within the Hospice itself and out in our New Forest, Totton and Waterside communities.

If each Santa Dasher were to raise £25 in sponsorship, this would pay for a day of hospice care, directly helping us to provide compassionate care and support for local families.
