Delivery
Timeframes will vary according to your postcode, however we aim to deliver your item within 10 working days. You will receive an email or telephone call within 48 hours of placing your order with your expected delivery date. Upon dispatch, our drivers will contact you via phone to let you know whether your delivery will be AM or PM.
We offer a delivery service to the following postcodes SO45, SO43, SO42, SO41, SO40, SO15, SO16, BH25, BH23. However we can arrange deliveries outside of these areas at cost. Please call 01590 637781 to arrange.
Online Returns
We are sure you will love your purchase. However, if you wish to make a return, we offer a 14-day returns policy on all of our items. All we ask is that you return the item in its original condition.

Home delivery furniture items will attract a £30 returns fee. The refund amount will be for the amount paid for the item excluding delivery charge less the returns fee.

All collections will be available between 10am and 4pm Monday to Saturday at our furniture outlet store.
