Learning Outcomes: By the end of this Learning Session delegates will be enabled to:

  • Describe the importance of sensitive communication in a range of formats ensuring information is clear and non-jargonistic.
  • Develop and maintain communication with a range of individuals, working within the scope of practice.
  • Listen to individuals about their concerns related to end of life, signposting to appropriate support and information.
