Support your local hospice by volunteering!
At Oakhaven Hospice, we can provide volunteering opportunities for your team, from helping out at some of our events to a specific team-building opportunity.
Throughout the year, a number of our events and opportunities require support from volunteers. If members of your team would benefit from Corporate Volunteering Days, consider helping us - either as an individual or as a team.
Upcoming events and opportunities:
- Tree-cycle van volunteers (All day Thursday 8th, Friday 9th, Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th January 2026)
- Oakhaven Walk marshalls (Saturday 16th May 2026)
- Family Fun Day Set Up (All Day Friday 26th June 2026)
- Family Fun Day Pack Down (4pm-7pm Saturday 27th June 2026)
Corporate Team Building Days
If you are looking for something specific, in particular within the Hospice itself, then we are able to offer bespoke Corporate Volunteering Team Building Days. The organisation and administration of these days comes at a cost to the Oakhaven Hospice, therefore, we kindly ask for a suggested donation of £20 per person to cover the charity's time.
What’s included in your day:
- Welcome from Corporate Fundraising Manager
- Team building/volunteering opportunity from 10am-4pm at Oakhaven Hospice
- Tea, coffee, water and biscuits
- Team photo taken and shared on Oakhaven Hospice social media
- Free wifi
- Free parking
- 5% discount on your next Corporate Team Building Day
