Christmas tree collection and recycling
On Thursday 7th and Friday 8th January 2027, Oakhaven Treecycle volunteers will be collecting Christmas trees from houses in the following postcodes: SO40, SO41, SO42, SO43, SO45 and BH25 and taking them to be recycled.
One of our team will be in touch nearer the time to confirm which day your collection will take place, along with instructions for the collection.

This year we will be collecting real, undecorated Christmas trees from the BH25, SO40, SO41, SO42, SO43 and SO45 postcodes. Please note that the number of collections that we are able to provide depends largely on the number of people who volunteer to help with this initiative.
Your donations help us to make a difference
Every donation made for the Oakhaven Treecycle will help fund Oakhaven Hospice's running costs, which currently amount to more than £28,500 each day.
With only 14% of our costs funded by the NHS, every pound you donate will make a difference, enabling us to continue providing exceptional care, comfort and support to patients facing end of life and their loved ones, both within the Hospice itself and out in our New Forest, Totton and Waterside communities.
