Oakhaven Hospice shops

Lymington Oakhaven shop

Visit our charity shops

Visit our online store

Everyone loves a bargain, and since 1995 when our first charity shop opened in Lymington, our retail shops have gained a reputation for excellence and quality at affordable prices.

In each of our charity shops, you will find a great team of staff and volunteers working together to help you. They pride themselves on delivering first-class customer service and making our shops welcoming and enticing.

Grab yourself a bargain - and help raise important funds for Oakhaven

Our shops are an Aladdin’s cave filled with real treasures and the ultimate in recycling. You never know what you will find in an Oakhaven shop.

Our shops are an important source of income for Oakhaven Hospice. Every penny raised by our hospice charity shops is used to fund the specialist care and support to our patients and their families when they need it most.

We have High Street charity shops in Highcliffe, New Milton, Lymington, Hythe and Totton - plus a furniture outlet store at Ampress Park in Lymington. Scroll down the page to find contact and location details. We also have an online store.

Opening hours

Our charity shops and our outlet store are open to welcome you between the hours of 9.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Saturday. Our Lymington and Totton shops are additionally open 10.00am to 16.00pm.

How to donate items for our shops

We are grateful to everyone who generously donates bags of high-quality pre-loved items for our shops to sell. On occasions we need to limit the volume of donations to ensure we have sufficient staff and volunteers. Please see below for more information about when our shops are able to accept donated items, how you can help us to claim Gift Aid and which items we are able to accept.

If you would like to request a furniture collection, please scroll down the page then complete and submit our 'Book your collection' form.

How do I donate items to Oakhaven charity shops? Collapse

We are pleased to accept donations at any of our shops or our furniture outlet during their normal opening hours, 9.30am-4.30pm.

We welcome saleable items, especially women’s and men’s clothing and items for children.

Did you know?

We can’t sell everything and we only make money from things that we are able to re-sell.  We have to pay to deal with donated items which are broken, damaged or heavily used.

How do I request a furniture collection?... Expand

If you have larger items to donate, please scroll down the page and complete our 'Book your collection' form. Please ensure you complete all the sections, including a photograph of each item. Once your request has been submitted, a member of our Furniture Outlet Store team will be in touch to discuss your item(s) and to make arrangements.

Can I Gift Aid my donations? Expand

Yes, all of our shops all take part in the retail Gift Aid scheme. Simply complete the our Gift Aid form and pop it in the bag with your donations: download a Gift Aid form

A completed Gift Aid form enables Oakhaven Hospice to claim an additional 25p for every £1 raised on goods donated by the public from HM Revenue & Customs.
