Join our crafting session to boost your wellbeing!
Are you navigating a life-limiting illness, caring for someone or living with a loss or bereavement?
Our weekly crafting session offers more than creativity; it provides a gentle, supportive space where people can meet together. Through meeting, chatting, and connecting, participants find comfort, self-expression, and shared understanding.
Join Karen to have a go at an array of different crafts in the Art Room at Oakhaven. Crafting is personal and a wonderful time to express your individual style. It’s great for mindfulness and wellbeing. Karen has crafted for many years, her passion is to create individual pieces of craftwork - she will guide and support your creativity!
Current sessions run from Monday 5th January, from 1.30pm until 3.30pm in the Oakhaven Art Room (Day Hospice entrance).
Suggested donation £5. Spaces limited, booking essential. Please book your space today using the form below.
Alternatively, please telephone Lee Rand on 01590 613025 or email wellbeing@oakhavenhospice.co.uk.
