Our Complementary Therapy team will be holding a hand massage and aromatherapy workshop on Monday 9th March from 9.30am to 12.30pm at the Coates Centre, at Oakhaven.

Join us for a relaxing and nurturing morning, where you’ll learn the gentle art of hand massage and enjoy an introduction to aromatherapy. This practical workshop will explore simple techniques to promote comfort, relaxation, and connection — both for yourself and others. You’ll also discover how essential oils can enhance wellbeing and support emotional balance.

No previous experience is needed — just a willingness to learn and unwind in a calm, supportive environment.

Cost of workshop: £20 - this includes products to take home with you.
