Holly Jolly Christmas Fayre at the Coates Centre

A wide selection of stalls and festive delights awaits you, taking place at the Coates Centre at Oakhaven Hospice, on:

Saturday 25th November 2023 (10am to 5pm)
Sunday 26th November 2023 (11am to 4pm)

There will be something for everyone to enjoy with a vast array of stalls including a grand raffle, gifts, decorations, hampers, plants, clothes pop-up shop and Christmas crafts. When you have finished browsing you can sit down and enjoy a homemade slice of cake and warm drink at our refreshments stall.

Brand new for 2023 will be The Elves' Toy Factory for the young and young at heart, with new and second-hand toys, a Christmas craft table, and much more.

Storytime with Santa...Book now!

BOOKINGS CLOSED. If you would like to see Santa, please come along to the fayre in the morning and the elves will find a space.

Santa is fully booked from 2pm onwards

You can also book tickets for ‘Storytime with Santa’ on Sunday 26th November. Tickets are on sale now for £5 per child. Tickets include a Christmas snack, drink, story with Santa and a gift. Please be aware when booking there will be up to 8 children in your slot.

Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes before your Santa time slot. Adults are free of charge and are limited to two adults per family. Price does not include entrance into the fayre.

Could you bake a cake?

Could you spare some ingredients and bake a cake for our Holly Jolly Christmas Fayre? Bake a yummy Yule log, marvellous mince pies, cute cupcakes, or a fantastic figgy pudding... the list is endless. Please list the ingredients used in your cakes, to ensure we can advise anyone with allergies. Please bring any donations of baked items during the week leading up to the Fayre to Oakhaven Hospice.

Could you help the Elves fill their stockings?

Are you able to donate any unwanted gifts, bottles, prizes, or items that we can use at our Holly Jolly Christmas Fayre.

Could you put an extra treat in your trolley?

Whilst doing your weekly shop, could you put a festive treat in your trolley, which can be put to good use at our Holly Jolly Christmas Fayre? We would gratefully receive anything festively delicious that could be added to our fundraising hampers, such as Christmas biscuits, crackers, chocolates, puddings, mince pies, or even a bottle of Fizz.
